Many patients don’t roll because they feel like they can’t do it. It’s not complicated at all and you don’t really need much more than your own two hands.

If you want to speed up the process, get a grinder and a rolling machine from LAMMJ or your local vape shop.

Remove stems from herbs + pull apart dense flowers
Use an herb grinder, reducing herbs down until mixture feels crumbly and smooth, like “kinetic sand” or damp dirt
Open the roller lid towards your body; HINT: It’s lower than the other and looks like an upside down letter “J”
If using a “tip,” roll into a tight cylinder, placing it between the two rollers, near the end (if it has perforation, wrinkle it up to look like an accordion, then roll tip around it (offers a green screen to keep weed out out your grill and to "pull" the medication more pleasantly).
Sprinkle your herbs into the open space between the two rollers, pack the cavity uniformly with a your finger/chopstick then close the rollers together
Give the roller nearest you a few FULL turns DOWNWARDS
Add a leaf of rolling paper (with gummed edge on top facing you), carefully inserting paper in the small crevice between the two rollers
Rotate rollers again until paper enters the machine
Moisten the gummed edge BEFORE it is completely drawn into the machine
Roll one more turn then pop out your perfectly rolled joint!
